wird nach zeitgem\u00e4ssen Standards ausgebaut.<\/li><li>Im Aussenbereich entstehen gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen, versiegelte Fl\u00e4chen und Abstellpl\u00e4tze werden bauliche Eingriffe an der Geb\u00e4udesubstanz notwendig sind, ist eine Sanierung im bewohnten Zustand nicht m\u00f6glich. Dies auch deshalb, weil w\u00e4hrend der Sanierung im Geb\u00e4ude Arbeiten mit Schadstoffbelastungen erfolgen werden, die gesundheitliche Risiken bergen.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist deshalb unvermeidlich, dass alle bestehenden Mietverh\u00e4ltnisse per 30. April 2026 gek\u00fcndigt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>Wir bedauern diesen Schritt sehr und sind uns bewusst, dass die K\u00fcndigung f\u00fcr Mieterinnen und Mieter erhebliche Konsequenzen hat. Deshalb bieten wir allen Mietparteien die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Mietverh\u00e4ltnis \u00fcber den ordentlichen K\u00fcndigungstermin hinaus zu verl\u00e4ngern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Unterzeichnung und R\u00fccksendung einer <strong>Erstreckungsvereinbarung <\/strong>bis zum 15. Dezember 2025 kann das Mietverh\u00e4ltnis bis sp\u00e4testens 30. Juni 2027 befristet weitergef\u00fchrt werden. Sollte keine Erstreckung vereinbart werden, endet das Mietverh\u00e4ltnis am 30. April 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>Mit der Erstreckungsvereinbarung best\u00e4tigt die Mietpartei der Eigent\u00fcmerschaft, die Wohnung bis zum 30.06.2027 ohne weitere Rechtsanspr\u00fcche zu verlassen. Im Gegenzug gew\u00e4hrt die Eigent\u00fcmerschaft 14 Monate Zeit (ab K\u00fcndigungszeitpunkt 20 Monate Zeit), um eine neue Wohnung zu finden. Zudem gibt sie der Mietpartei das Recht, die Wohnung kurzfristig (innert Monatsfrist) ohne Kostenfolgen zu verlassen. Sie unterbreitet auf Wunsch gerne Angebote.
